List of AACS and Certificate files
AACS
Not all, but most of these files are required for physical pressed Blu-ray discs as AACS (and ROM Mark) is the most basic DRM required for BD licensing.

Each Clip AV stream file is sequentially divided into hash units from head to tail, and the size of each hash unit is 96 Logical Sectors |

Certificate Files
These files are required for BD-J applications (not HDMV) for authentication. Any developer can easily create these files without approval of the BDA.
